  • Knox County School's Annual Open Enrollment period will be held October 1-31, 2024.

    Health Insurance - October 31, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.

    Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance - October 31, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.

    American Fidelity Products - November 29, 2024
    (must enroll with an American Fidelity representative)

    All forms should be submitted to the Benefits and Employee Relations Department by school mail or by fax. Please remember any changes made during open enrollment will take effect January 1, 2025.

    Only submit forms if you need to make changes to your benefits for 2025.

        Newly enrolled members and members who change their medical coverage will receive new ID cards. If you do not make a change to your medical coverage you will not get a new card. 

        All newly enrolled CDHP members will receive a new debit card from Optum Financial to use starting January 1st, 2025. Current members who stay enrolled will use the same debit card. 

        New Optum debit cards will be mailed from December 9-13, 2024.

        BlueCross BlueShield cards will be mailed by December 12, 2024.

        Cigna Cards will be mailed by December 9-16, 2024. 

        All pharmacy plan members will get new pharmacy ID cards for 2025 coverage. These will be mailed from December 11-15, 2024.
