Open Enrollment Deadlines

Health Insurance - October 27, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.

Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance - November 30, 2023 at 4:30 p.m.

American Fidelity Projects - November 30, 2023
(must enroll with an American Fidelity representative)

All forms should be submitted to the Benefits and Employee Relations Department by school mail or by fax. Please remember any changes made during open enrollment will take effect January 1, 2024.
