If your student's account has a positive balance and you wish to receive a refund, please submit your request in writing by emailing Kim Vomfell at kimberly.vomfell@knoxschools.org. In your written request, please include your student's name, school, and student ID. Please also include a current mailing address for where to send the refund check. As a reminder, positive balances will roll over to the next school year should you choose to leave the balance on the account for purchases next school year.
