  • BHS Device Collection

    A reminder that ALL students (9TH, 10TH, AND 11TH GRADERS) will be returning their devices THIS FRIDAY, MAY 17TH.

    A few reminders about device collection and things to remember:

    • Students WILL NOT turn in your charger this Friday. They will KEEP their charger over the summer and use the same one next year. 
    • Device hard drives will be erased this summer, and updated therefore make sure to back up any files before it is returned. All KCS students have a KCS Google Drive account with unlimited storage where they can back up pictures, documents, files, etc. Click HERE for more information about the KCS Google Drive account. 
    • KCS technicians will assess devices for damage and KCS will bill for those damages.

  • BHS Honors/AP Summer Reading Information

    Students enrolled in Honors and AP English courses at Bearden are expected to complete summer reading before the start of class. Please CLICK HERE for more information about summer reading expectations and annotations.

  • Paying Fees ONLINE 

    Parents and students, Knox County now has an online payment system where schools fees, fines, sports/club participation fee, etc. can be paid online with a credit or debit card.     Bearden High School has attained STEM Certification through Knox County Schools.  Specifically, Bearden High’s CTE Program of Study & Extra-Curricular Program has been validated and certified by Knox County Schools STEM Department as being adherents to the STEM habits of mind. These habits will prepare students for opportunities that require them to be innovative thinkers and dynamic problem solvers. This accomplishment demonstrates Bearden High's dedication to preparing students for amazing opportunities that will be presented to them as they move through their lives.
