    Knox County Schools, in conjunction with CONCUR and World Travel BCD, is providing KCS employees with an automated online booking tool for travel authorization request, optional airfare and hotel booking, and expense reimbursement for local and out-of-town travel.

    The fully automated online booking tool, CONCUR will be the required method for managing your travel.

    Instructions, guides, and forms to aid in this transition to CONCUR are available under the appropriate tabs below.

    *The previous paper forms will be used only for non-employee travel including private schools.
