• Latest TCAP/EOC Scores

    The latest TCAP/EOC score reports are now available for KCS students, and we wanted to let you know about a valuable resource from the Tennessee Department of Education.

    The TCAP/EOC Family Portal is a free, online resource to inform families of their student’s strengths and areas for growth. This resource has valuable information including:

    • TCAP/EOC scale scores and performance levels by subject;
    • Test history features allowing families to track progress over time;
    • Links to Parent Guides; and
    • Next Step recommendations, including links to practice tests.

    The TCAP Family Portal is optional and printed individual student reports will still be available.

    In order to access this resource, families must first make note of their student’s TN Student ID, which can be found on the Aspen family portal. The number will be located in the right-hand column of the student’s Aspen page, as shown in the red circle.

    Help Guide/Signing into the TN Family Portal

    Families can then visit https://familyreport.tnedu.gov/. In the box marked “Student ID”, families should enter the TN Student ID pictured above with two zeroes added to the front, along with the student’s date of birth, as shown.

  • Once the ID and date of birth have been entered, hit “Go”. Users will then be asked to submit an email address, create a password, and accept a privacy agreement.

    Please note that these steps must be repeated for each student. Once users have logged in to each student’s scores for the first time, they can subsequently enter the student-specific ID and password in the “Returning Users” section to gain access again.

    Only families of students that have completed TCAP or EOC testing since the spring of 2023 will have data on the platform.
