• 2025-2026 Transfer Window
    October 1, 2024 - February 18, 2025


    The 2025-2026 Transfer window is now OPEN!

    The 2025-2026 Transfer Window opened at 8am on Monday October 1, 2024 and will close at 4pm on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

    Those wishing to apply for student transfer may do so during the Transfer Window in the following ways:
    1. By applying online here 
    2. By downloading and printing a pdf transfer application which you can then submit to the Enrollment Department after completion.  You may also request that your local school print a transfer application for you.
    3. In person by completing and submitting a transfer request form at the Enrollment Department in the UT Tower at 400 W Summit Hill Drive.

    The transfer application window opened on October 1st, 2024 and will close February 18th, 2025 at 4pm.  Once the window has closed, all transfer applications will be processed.

    Notifications of transfer decisions will be sent out via US Mail by April 4th, 2025.  We will be unable to provide a status on transfer decisions before April 4th.
