Upcoming Board of Education Meetings

The Knox County Board of Education will hold its work session at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2020, in the boardroom on the first floor of the Andrew Johnson Building, 912 S. Gay Street. 

A regular session will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020, in the Andrew Johnson Building.

Public seating will be limited due to physical distancing guidelines. Individuals seeking to address the Board during public forum should register by contacting the Board Secretary via telephone 865-594-1630 or e-mail no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4, for the work session, and Tuesday, Aug. 11, for the regular session. Those who are not able to be in attendance may submit comments regarding the budget to boardcomments@knoxschools.org.
