We are excited about all the new opportunities Virtual Learning will provide the KCS community. In an effort to assist with technology-related issues that might arise we have created the resources below to help.
- Be sure your student’s device is fully charged or plugged in using the power adapter.
- Check to make sure the Chromebook is connected to your internet at home. Look in the bottom right corner and check for the Wifi signal.
- To login: select the Chrome symbol in the bottom center
- Click on the “knoxschools.org bookmarks” in the top left to access Canvas, Teams, etc.
