Promote a network for families and students with special needs in Knox County Schools and provide a forum to share information and concerns.

Expand communication, understanding, self-advocacy, and inclusive practices.

Facilitate monthly meetings with a liaison from each school board district and representatives of Knox County Schools to discuss concerns expressed by families with students who have special needs.
