  • 8/31/2021 "Team YouTube" Email Notification

    Many staff received an e-mail notification from YouTube today regarding changes to your YouTube account connected to your knoxschools.org e-mail address. No action is needed by you or your staff at this time. The KCS IT Team is monitoring for any changes and will communicate if any actions are required by you or your staff.

  • 8/20/2021 9:00 PM [Resolved]  Mac Self Service is Online

    Self Service is back online for users on Apple devices. We've upgraded the software to fix the issue.  The Self Service app, Apple device enrolment, & new device setup are now available to users.

    The connectivity issues with our phone and internet provider have been resolved and all services are back to normal.
