Deputy Commissioner School Visits

Tennessee Department of Education Deputy Commissioner Kathleen Airhart will be visiting Austin-East High School (2800 Martin Luther King Jr Ave.) at 11 a.m. and Vine Middle School (1807 Martin Luther King Jr Ave.) at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 19, to hear from teachers about their competency-based education pilots. Two or more school board members may be in attendance.
