BMS Students Art Work Displayed at Knoxville Museum of Art! 13th Annual East Tennessee Regional Student Art Exhibition is November 23rd - January 13th.
The Tennessee Art Education Association is pleased to continue its partnership with the Knoxville Museum of Art to present the 13th Annual East Tennessee Regional Student Art Exhibition, featuring artwork created by East Tennessee middle and high school students. This competition provides the opportunity for students to participate in a juried exhibition and to have their artworks displayed in a professional art museum environment. The student art exhibition provides an excellent competitive arena for young artists.
The 13th Annual East Tennessee Regional Student Art Exhibition is open to students in grades 6-12 attending public, private, or home schools in East Tennessee.

There will be a reception Tuesday, December 11, 2018 and an awards ceremony at 6:45pm for the artists participating in the 13th Annual East Tennessee Regional Student Art Exhibition, their families, friends and school personnel.

The Knoxville Police Department has asked that we remind everyone that hand held cell phone use is strictly prohibited in a moving vehicle in a school zone when the school zone lights are flashing. Adults over the age of 18 are allowed to use a 'hands-free option' when in a marked school zone. Please remember this to help keep you and our students safe.
