  • PTA Spring Fundraiser

    Mark your calendars for February 24 - March 9. Our PTA is sponsoring a Spring Fundraiser featuring delicious gourmet treats, kitchen gadgets and much more including a custom stainless steel Powell Tumbler! There will be great prizes including shark collectibles, Gymtek birthday party package, passes to Anakeesta, Max Air, Disney World and more! Your participation will greatly help our school. You can send order forms to school with cash or check or order online. Donations are also welcome.

  • Read City USA

    Check out our mayor's Read City USA link at the bottom of this webpage. Even if you can't make it to the library, there's a huge selection of TUMBLEBOOKS available at your fingertips for free. These books can be read online (without checking out through the library) and a lot of these books have an audio version for young readers. Scroll to the bottom of the Read City USA website and click on Tumblebooks to explore the collection. Help your student become a better reader with this free online resource!

  • Yearbook Orders Online

    Click the heading above to find the working link. Visit Ybpay.lifetouch.com to place your order for the 2019/2020 Powell Elementary yearbook. The Yearbook ID code is 10297420. Once you enter the school code, the lifetouch website will show the school name. The deadline for ordering online is March 27th. Place your order soon!

    You may now make payments online for your child's school fees, field trips, special activities, etc. without writing a check or sending cash. To learn more and to register, click the "Families" heading at the top of the home page and look for the link for online payments.

  • KCS E-Books Are Here

    If you are looking for something for your kiddos to do, encourage them to read a book! To access the KCS eBook platform, MackinVIA, go to the library/media center page under the STUDENT heading. These Ebooks work just like regular library books, but in a digital environment. When you log in, you can search and browse for available titles, and when you find something you like, you can check it out in just a few clicks.
