  • Yearbook Pickup Coming Soon

    Yearbooks have finally arrived!!!! We will distribute the yearbooks as a drive by, in the front of our building on Thursday evening, July 9 from 4:30 – 6:30. We ask that you each stay in your cars. We will also have extra yearbooks for sell at this same time. The cost of each yearbook is $28.00. Checks should be made payable to PES PTA. If you are unable to pick up your yearbook on Thursday, July 9, the school office will be open each day beginning July 13, Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30. Please feel free to stop by and we will be glad to help you. We apologize in advance, but we will not be able to give out yearbooks before July 9.

  • Ready Rosie

    All Tennessee families can sign up NOW for a free subscription to ReadyRosie through September 1. Through a partnership with the Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation, families can access ReadyRosie’s Modeled Moments library. Hundreds of short videos available in both English and Spanish, provide families with simple, fun and engaging instructional activities. Topics include literacy, early math, health and well-being. These videos help build upon the important work you all do in the classroom. Parents can easily sign up to receive emails or text messages with curated videos: https://readyrosie.com/tn/

  • Read City USA

    Check out our mayor's Read City USA link at the bottom of this webpage. Even if you can't make it to the library, there's a huge selection of TUMBLEBOOKS available at your fingertips for free. These books can be read online (without checking out through the library) and a lot of these books have an audio version for young readers. Scroll to the bottom of the Read City USA website and click on Tumblebooks to explore the collection. Help your student become a better reader with this free online resource!

  • Summer I-READY Account Access Ends July 9th

    I-Ready accounts will be available this summer until July 9th. This is such a valuable individualized learning resource that supports student growth at all grade levels. We encourage you to continue to make i-Ready part of your daily routine completing 15 minutes of reading and math. After July 9th, students will not be able to access their account until school begins again and accounts are re-enrolled.
