The Runaway Shelter/ Project Safe Place Phone: 865-523-2689
The Runaway Shelter offers runaway and homeless youth age 12 to 18 immediate, temporary safe shelter. While at the shelter, youth also receive daily group and individual counseling. Services are free and confidential. 24 Hours; 7 Days a Week
Transitional Living Program Phone: 865-521-5652
TLP offers adolescents and young adults’ ages 17 to 21 shelter and transitional housing. Also offers Case Management services, skills training, counseling, and access to medical care, career counseling and help to locate child care. Office Hours: Monday – Friday from 11:00AM – 7:00PM.

Services:
KARM has developed an established system of networking and referrals to enhance and expedite the housing and employment of their residents. When residents are eligible to seek employment and housing, KARM staff point them in the right directions while encouraging them to develop independence and self-reliance. In the event of any identifiable barriers, staff works diligently with the residents to overcome the barriers or to assist them in finding new opportunities. Office Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. Housing programs are as followed:

This program offers temporary housing for women to stay (up to two years), especially when they are facing crossroads and hard times in their lives. The program provides a home where women are given the time needed to become responsible, independent and self-sufficient. Office Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:30AM – 5:00PM
