Hello, WHES Students and Families!
I wanted you all to know that I miss you all so much and hope to see you all soon! I hope you all are reading, cuddling, and reading some more during your time off.
If you have big feelings right now, that is okay and normal. Try to become aware of your body and remember to take deep breaths for a count of 4-6 seconds and then exhale for a count of 4-6 seconds. As you breathe, you are turning on the parts of your brain that are in charge of thinking and making good choices.
