In order to ensure your child is up to date on immunization records, please visit the Knox County School Health Services website: https://www.knoxschools.org/Page/7513.  If your child is an incoming 7th grader, you must provide your school with an immunization certificate proving your child has received Tdap and two doses of the varicella vaccine.
