Complete the Chromebook Device Agreement for EACH student you have enrolled in Knox County Schools:
You will need your child's Knox County Schools student ID number to complete this form. This information can be found in the Aspen Family Portal. This is the same number that students use to login to Chromebooks and access grades in Aspen.
Students who do not have a completed 2024-25 Chromebook Device Agreement in Incident IQ will NOT be allowed to remove school technology devices from the building.

The cost for any student to purchase the KCS Device Insurance is $20 for the 2024-25 school year. The $20 is payable per student through SchoolCash Online or you can mail a check or money order to:

Schools WILL NOT accept any payments for insurance at the school.
