Where is My Student Zoned? Not sure where your student is zoned? This useful link will locate your zoned school based on your home address.

How do I enroll my student at West Hills? 

• Student's Certified Birth Certificate (or officially acceptable proof of birth date)

• Proof of Residence within the school zone (Gas, Water or Electric Bill; Mortgage or Lease Agreement)

• Tennessee Department of Health School Immunization Certificate (form found at your child's doctor's office or the health department) 

• Proof of Health/Physical Exam recorded on a Tennessee Child Health Record (form found at your child's doctor's office or the health department)
