Having trouble?

Here are some helpful hints, especially if completing on a cell phone:

1. If the system doesn't recognize the student's ID number, try an uppercase S.
2. Then Click on "View Policy Here." (green box)
3. Finally, if you are using a phone, scroll down to the bottom of the box. THEN, on the very right side of the screen, slowly scroll/drag down the rest of the way to the bottom of the page to sign.
