Students, parents, and teachers, mark your calendars to give the "gift of life" and participate in our MEDIC blood drive on Thursday, March 7 2019.
Students 16 and over are eligible to participate. If you're 16 and 120 lbs you may donate with parental consent. (Please use the form titled Blood Drive Consent. Pick one up from any health science teacher. Forms will also be available in the library).
AP Registration - Registration is open for AP exams. We will not be collecting any registration in the Counseling Office this year and all registration will be done online. Parents and students, Knox County now has an online payment system where schools fees, fines, sports/club participation fee, etc. can be paid online with a credit or debit card. Bearden High School has attained STEM Certification through Knox County Schools. Specifically, Bearden High’s CTE Program of Study & Extra-Curricular Program has been validated and certified by Knox County Schools STEM Department as being adherents to the STEM habits of mind. These habits will prepare students for opportunities that require them to be innovative thinkers and dynamic problem solvers. This accomplishment demonstrates Bearden High's dedication to preparing students for amazing opportunities that will be presented to them as they move through their lives.
