Bible History Course DescriptionThis course is a survey of the Bible with emphasis upon its historical, literary, geographical, artistic, and cultural aspects. This course offers insights into the many historical events recorded in the Bible. It treats the Bible as a grey literary work in itself as well as a primary source of allusions found in countless works of literature, art, and music. The first half focuses primarily on the Old Testament and the second half on the New Testament.
