Technology Agreement 2024-2025

This must be completed by the Parent/Guardian (not the student) before they receive a device.

Complete the Chromebook Device Agreement for EACH student you have enrolled in Knox County Schools:

You will need your child's Knox County Schools student ID number to complete this form. This information can be found in the Aspen Family Portal, or you can contact your child's school to obtain the student ID number. This is the same number students use to log in to Chromebooks and access grades in Aspen. Students should know this number!

KCS Device Insurance Payment

The cost for any student to purchase the optional KCS Device Insurance is $20 for the 2023-24 school year. The $20 is payable through

Please make the check out to KCS Device Insurance and write your student's ID number in the check memo line!

Schools WILL NOT accept any payments for insurance at the school.

There is no fee waiver for KCS device insurance this year.

Chargers are not covered with the insurance. Lost/Damaged/Stolen chargers: $20 Fee
