• Beaumont Magnet Academy is the only elementary school in Knox County featuring an Honors Program for kindergarten through fifth grade students. Students fulfilling the academic entrance requirement are placed in honors classes in all core subjects areas to meet their advanced needs. Students focus on problem solving and project-based learning in a student-friendly learning environment.

    All students at Beaumont Magnet Academy participate in the Fine Arts program focusing on an enriching curriculum in instrumental music, visual art, theatre, physical education, and dance education. After school enrichment involving the arts is also available. Beaumont is proud to be Knoxville's first and only museum school. Zoo Knoxville, Beardsley Farm, East Tennessee Historical Society, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, McClung Museum, Fort Loudon State Park, the Knoxville Museum of Art, Blount Mansion, Knoxville Utilities Board, and The Muse have partnered with Beaumont to create a unique and innovative learning experience for all students.
     
    As of 2022, Beaumont Magnet Academy is proud to be an Arts360 school as designated by the Tennessee Arts Commission!  This designation will support professional development for staff in arts integration as well as provide other supports for our programming!
