BMA PTA Mission Statement

The mission of the Beaumont Magnet Academy PTA is to support teachers, to promote the educational, social, and artistic development of our students, and to encourage parent volunteerism and community involvement at BMA.

 

This essentially means we deeply appreciate every staff member for their dedication to our children. The staff at BMA is encouraged to think big and reach each child as an individual learner through arts integration opportunities. The PTA assists in this effort through a series of small grants each year. 

 

In a world of decreasing federal and local funding, the PTA has taken on an increased role to support teachers. Sometimes that is with 30 minutes of time and sometimes more is needed. We understand every family has different levels of availability. We simply encourage parents to help when they can and reinvest in BMA and encourage the education of every student. We appreciate all who can help. 

 

Opportunities to lead:

Beaumont Rocks! and Carnival are our primary fundraisers. 

Exhibit Nights occur twice a year and the PTA helps feed the teachers and set up for the exhibition. 

Teacher and student appreciation opportunities happen throughout the year.
