Dogwood Elementary has a range of services and resources to support our families and students. Our counselors, social worker, and community coordinator are just a few members of the educational team that works together to help all students in the areas of academic achievement, career and social/emotional development. Our goal is to ensure Dogwood students become the productive, well-adjusted adults of tomorrow.

Our student services team seeks out training to help them better their skills. Mrs. Jackson has recently engaged in trauma informed school training. Check out the "Building Strong Brains" tab for more information.

Our counselors spend most of their time in direct service to and contact with students. Focusing on the overall delivery of their total school counseling program - a district approved school counseling core curriculum, individual student planning, and responsive services. Their curriculum includes a range of topics to ensure our young students are prepared to meet everyday challenges.
