REGISTRATION UDPATES

  • The portal to make requests for classes is now closed.

    The deadline to submit an Academic Level Change Request Form is Friday, April 9, 2021 at 3:30pm. This document is used to change to a different class level then what your previous academic teacher recommended for you. Please contact your school counselor if you need additional information. 

    Classes that were on course request forms will not be offered

REGISTRATION TIMELINE

  • FEBRUARY:

    • Core teachers (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) enter recommendations 
    • Students receive registration information through classsroom instruction
    • Student registration window (counselors visit classrooms (both in-person and virtual) to assist students with registration process.
      *Student course requests cannot be viewed through Parent Portal. You must ask your child to log into their account to show you their requests.

    MARCH

    • Counselors view student course requests (Counselors may make adjustments based on meeting graduation requirements).

     MAY:

    • Students will be notified by end of May if there is a significant scheduling conflict for their schedule.

     JULY:

    • Schedules will be released on ASPEN. This date will be set by Knox County Schools.
