All seventh-grade students are required to have a Tdap booster and second Varicella on a Tennessee Immunization Certificate. Proof of these immunizations are due Monday, August 10, 2020. Seventh-grade students without the above-mentioned cannot attend school on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.

- There will be a form on the counseling webpage after schedules go live in July. Please complete this form and return, digitally or in-person, to the counseling department. Each request will have to be approved by administration and will only be accepted the first two weeks of the school year.
**Schedule changes will be considered if the following reasons apply: incorrect placement (honors/standard), duplicate courses, missing a class/gap in schedule.
