Most of the devices have been deployed at this time. For any device issues, students can visit the help desk located outside of the library. There are help desk hours before and after school, as well as times throughout the day. The Help Desk hours are displayed on a monitor outside of the library. This screen also lets students/staff know when devices are ready for pickup. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com
If you still do not have a device...
Please follow the steps below to prepare to receive a Macbook.
Step 1: Watch the MacBook Orientation presentation via YouTube HERE. (I will make a video ASAP, preferably after the website has been updated) If you are unable to view the video, click HERE to view the PowerPoint Presentation.
Step 2: Read the Device Procedures and Expectations Document (Appendix A). Click HERE.
Step 3: Complete the following paperwork:
- Technology Agreement
- Student Media Release
- Student Medical Profile
Step 4: Have your signed technology agreement with you and visit the help desk during hours of operation.
Reminder: In order to receive a device the following must be completed:
- Watch the video above or click through the PowerPoint (see step 2).
- Complete the technology agreement (linked above) with a student AND parent signature.
One more reminder, returning 10th-12th graders, DID NOT turn in their chargers when devices were collected in May. If a returning student needs a charger, they can be purchased in the Library for $20. Cash or check accepted and exact change appreciated.
