    Mr. Bailey is a graduate of Emory and Henry College with a Bachelor degree in Biology.  He holds a Master's degree in secondary education from Xavier University as well as an Ed.S degree from LMU in administration. Mr. Bailey taught Life Science from 2005-2015 before entering administration at Whittle Springs Middle School.  He came to Halls High in 2017 and now serves as the Freshman Academy Principal.
