Giving to Bearden High School
Dear Parents of Bearden High School Students:
Even though our kids are growing up and becoming more independent, there are still opportunities for us to help their school. The PTSO (Parent Teacher Student Organization) helps to organize volunteers for many of the school’s needs as well as offering financial assistance to teachers and faculty for needs throughout the year.
Below are just a few of the ways the PTSO is involved at Bearden:
Dawg Days * Open House (Fall and Winter) * Teacher Appreciation Snacks and Lunches * Wednesday Weekly newsletter * Library volunteers * West Mall volunteers * School Store * College Night * Mini-Grants * Student of the Week * Bearden’s Best * Prom * Senior Events including Baccalaureate, Luncheon, and Grad Night
When you purchase a membership to our PTSO, your money stays at Bearden and goes to help fund the above programs. The PTSO can’t do our job without your membership and involvement, so we need your support please.
Other ways you can help us financially are when you shop online via Amazon. Sign into Amazon via smile.amazon.com and type "Bearden High School Parent Teacher Student Organization" in the search as the organization you are supporting. When purchases you buy via Amazon are applicable, we will received a donation on your behalf, just for shopping like you normally would.
