Summer Bridge 2023 for Class of 2023

The tnAchieves Summer Bridge Program is a FREE, three-week program that helps students become more confident both academically and socially as they prepare for their first semester of college! Each program is hosted on a community college campus, and students will participate in math, reading and English classes each day. College professors teach the classes, so the program provides a feel for what college will be like in the fall – including making friends and building relationships with future classmates. In addition to FREE classes, students will receive free lunch each day. Click the link above for more information.

KCS has purchased Safer Smarter Teens curriculum for us to use in our classrooms. Our school counselors are the people who fulfills this mandate every year.  Below are a hotline and several websites related to protecting children from physical and sexual abuse.
