  • Dress Code

    The following expectations for student dress have been established to promote a safe and optimum learning environment. 



    All students must wear solid black shirts: t-shirts, shirts, sweaters, or sweatshirts without hoodie, zipper, or buttons

    Every layer must also be solid black.

    Shirts must be tucked in, covering the shoulders, and not showing cleavage.


    All students must wear plain blue or black denim, or Khaki (brown) bottoms (free from designs, colorful stitching, holes/tears, or the appearances of holes/tears)

    -Bottoms must fit properly and worn at the waistline.

    -Students that wear shorts with pockets under their bottoms are subject to an additional search.


    -Must be plain black and brown.


    -All students must wear tennis/athletic lace-up shoes


    -Must be solid white,black, or gray.


    -Headbands, bandanas, or head scarves are not permitted.

    -Students cannot wear any jewelry or accessories whatsoever.

    -If hats, bandanas, and extra shirts other than black shirts are brought to school, they will be confistcated upon enterining the building.


    Apparel or appearance, which tends to draw attention to an individual rather than to a learning situation, must be avoided. In matters of opinion, the judgement of the principal/designee shall prevail.
