Career Magnet Academy
Career Magnet Academy (CMA) is a revolution in secondary education. The goal of CMA is to offer students a chance to graduate with an incredibly rich education that entails "hard-skills," "soft-skills," and an associates degree. By partnering with Pellissippi State Community College students can do just that.
Students have the choice of one of four career paths at CMA - Advanced Manufacturing, Homeland Security, Sustainable Living, or Teacher Preparation. As they progress through CMA they will transition from being solely Knox County Schools students to becoming dually enrolled in both The Knox County Schools and Pellissippi State Community College.
