We will begin TNReady testing on April 16th. The testing window will continue through May 4th. With the exception of April 16th, students will follow a regular schedule. Students will test during the class period in which they have the tested subject. Please see the TNReady Flier
Technology Device Agreement
All 6th grade students have the opportunity to use a chrome book during the school day. Parents are required to view the Knox County Video that explans the procedures and expectations of using a device. If you need to come in to sign the Technology Device Agreement, you may come in to the front office March 6-9 and March 19-23 from 730-400. You may view the video and if you agree with the terms, sign the agreement.

Pathways to Success Workshop
Thursday, March 22
All parents, grandparents, and guardians please visit with us Thursday, March 22 from 6pm to 8pm for dinner and learning fun!
The complimentary dinner will be from 6pm until 630pm in the commons with educational workshops designed to help prepare you and your student for their future. This would include their high school career and plans that will follow, such as college or the work force.
Specific Workshops include: Executive Functioning and Self-regulation, Mindfulness:Integrating it at home, and Suicice Prevention

Mindfulness Grant Winner!
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Irvin, sixth grade science teacher, was awarded a $10,000 grant to pursue teacher training, a parent workshop series and research with the University of Tennessee to evaluate the effectiveness of Mindfulness in schools.
Gresham is offically a STEM Certified Elective School.
Gresham is collecting Box tops ALL YEAR Long.
Turn them in to your Homeroom Teacher.
In 4 years, GMS has raised $9K for technology with this project.
