Mr. Bethel lives in Loudon, TN and is married to his high school sweetheart, Heather. They have 3 kids, Emma (18), Nolan (15), and Brennan (10). Mr. Bethel graduated from TN Tech University and Arkansas State University. He will be in his 11th year of administration.
Mr. Austin Bilbrey - Assistant Administrator

Mr. Bilbrey serves as the Assistant Administrator at Farragut High School. For the past 11 years, he has been married to his wife, Rebecca, while they raise their 6-year-old son, Cameron. Though his roots trace back to San Diego, California, Mr. Bilbrey has called Knoxville, Tennessee his home since 2002.
Mr. Bilbrey is a graduate of Karns High School. Most recently, he served as a middle school ELA teacher. Mr. Bilbrey's academic accomplishments include a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from King University, a Master's of Science Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Educational Specialist Degree in Instructional Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University.

Mr. Steve Killian - Class of 2026 Assistant Principal
Mrs. Cara Vaughn - Class of 2025 Assistant Principal
Mrs. Cara Vaughn serves as the assistant principal for the class of 2025. Mrs. Vaughn's career began as a middle school science teacher. She and her family moved to Knoxville in 2013 where she joined the BHS team as a teacher in the science department. Mrs. Vaughn enjoys supporting students and teachers in a variety of capacities.
Mrs. Vaughn is a middle Tennessee native, who graduated from Riverdale High School in Murfreesboro, TN. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University in secondary education.

Ms. Valerie Wilson - Class of 2024 Assistant Principal

Ms. Valerie Wilson serves as the assistant principal for the class of 2024. Ms. Wilson began her educational career as a business teacher at West High School followed by Carter High School. She most recently served as an assistant principal at West High School. Prior to a career in education, Ms. Wilson worked as an accountant.
Ms. Wilson is from Knoxville, TN and is a graduate of Carter High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Accounting. She earned a Master of Education (Secondary Education Curriculum and Instruction) from Lincoln Memorial University and a Master of Education (School Leadership) from the Cason Newman University.
