Proof of Residence

FIS is requesting an updated proof of residence, dated after July 1st, 2024, from each student in August.

This CAN be:

*Gas, water, or electric bill

*Rental lease

*Contract for a home (to close within 30 days after 8/8/24)

This CAN NOT be:

*Dated before 7/1/24

*Cell phone or cable bill

*Warranty deed

*Credit card bill

*Junk mail

*Driver's license

We will begin collecting proof of residence paperwork on Monday, July 15th. There will be a bin located by the front door for you to drop paperwork in. Please make sure to attach a post-it or write your child's name on the paperwork.
