    On-site After-Care - Shades of Development - Welcome to Mill Creek SHADES of Development! At our site, we love to learn through PLAY! That may be while on the playground, chatting with friends at snack, during our club time, or towards the end of the day at learning centers! Our team is enthusiastic about making your child feel safe, loved, and respected while also creating meaningful bonds. We would love to have you join our site!
