  • Volunteers Needed

Our school counselor is seeking volunteers for our upcoming Career Day Events, which will both be held on May 23, 2017.  See information below.

    Reality Day (5th Grade):
The goal of this career day is to let students see the REAL cost of living! On the day of the event each student will be given a career with a salary and are required to create a monthly budget based on the cost they spend at each our “reality booths.” The various booths (real estate, clothing, electricity, etc.) help students prepare this budget and make touch decisions about spending their hard earned cash. We couldn't do this without you.
    STEM Career Day (3rd & 4th Grade):
We are so excited to host our first annual STEM Career Day for 3rd and 4th grade. The STEM Scouts will be joining us as we learn more about careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. We need help running several STEM booths. The booths will come with instructions on how to run a fun experiment or STEM activity, but the booth leaders will need to be able to run the experiment for the kids. This will be a hands on amazing day.
