Student Council Donation Drive
Do you want to help out the community? If so, the student council will be holding a donation drive to create crisis baskets. The crisis basket drive will run from April 3rd to April 13th and we will be collecting new socks, toiletries, wash cloths, tissues, hand sanitizers, wipes, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, lotion, combs, hair brushes, and finger nail files. These donations will go to Knoxville Pays It Forward, an organization that helps out people here in Knoxville devastated by a crisis or hardships.
Parents and supporters of West Valley, we need your help! Student council is sponsoring an Appreciation Station for students and faculty. The purpose of this event is to give students and teachers the opportunity to recognize people they appreciate at West Valley. The notes will be hung up in the windows of the caferteria. This will take place on the mornings of Wednesday the 12th and Thursday the 13th. If you have any extra thank you notes, blank stationary, or any type of notecard that you would like donate to this event, please drop them by the office before Tuesday the 12th.
