Preschool Roundup

Preschool Roundup is an opportunity for parents and legal guardians to register their rising preschooler for the upcoming school year. Families will begin the process by picking up an enrollment packet at their child’s zoned school.

31 elementary schools will host Preschool Roundup during on April 14, 2026. A full schedule of school-specific dates and times can be found below.

Please bring the following documents:

• Completed Paperwork: Printed Enrollment and Emergency Forms (as well as any other school specific forms).
• Proof of Birth: Government-issued Birth Certificate, passport, immigration documentation, decree of adoption, or other court-issued records.
• Immunization Records: The student’s Tennessee Department of Health Immunization Certificate (shot record signed by the child’s physician or county health department). Visit the Knox County Schools Immunization page for more details.
• Proof of Residence: One of the following—gas, water, or electric bill. If the utility bill and/or lease agreement is in the name of someone other than the parent/guardian, that individual must provide the utility bill and/or lease agreement, along with a notarized letter confirming that the parent/guardian and children reside at the address.

You can still enroll by visiting your zoned school to pick up enrollment information.
