How does a student get a device?

If the student is enrolled at Bearden High School at the beginning of the school year, he or she will pick up his or her device during the designated "Dawg Days". Prior to Dawg Days, the student and parent/legal guardian of the student will view the deployment orientation presentation on line or attend an in-person informational session, submit the appropriate paperwork, and receive the device to borrow for the school year.
If the student enrolls at Bearden High School during the school year, the student and the parent will work with the Tecnology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge (TPaCK) Coach and School Technician to arrange a time to complete the device training and paperwork sumbission process.  The school counseling office will provide instructions to the student during the time of his or her enrollment.
