Our Fair Garden 2023-2024 PK Round-Up Is April 13, 2023

YOU’RE INVITED!

This is your chance to register your child for the 2023-2024 school year to attend preschool at Fair Garden.

When: April 13, 2023

Where: Fair Garden’s Cafeteria

Time: 3:15- 5:15 pm

Make sure you bring the following:

1. Birth Certificate (Must be certified copy)
2. Tennessee Immunization Record
3. Proof of Physical
4. Proof of Residence (Utility bill, deed, lease agreement, notarized statement)
5. Custody Papers (If applicable)
6. Proof of Income (W2 Form, Pay Stub, Tax Return, Gov’t Assistance Letter)

Enrollment packets will be available in the Front Office starting April 3, 2023. We will Not Accept Applications until April 13, 2023.

*If you are unable to attend the Pre-K Round Up, you can register through June 3. After June 3, the Front Office will be open every Wednesday from 9-12pm to pick up/drop off enrollment paperwork. Our spots are filled on a first come first served basis based on providing all required documentation.
