Senior Fee
All seniors must pay their $25.00 senior fee.

Payments can be made online at www.schoolcashonline.com

You may also visit Mrs. Calloway in the library to pay with exact cash or with a check. Checks should be made out to Gibbs High School and include your name in the memo.
Cap and Gown Pick-Up Info
Tuesday, April 26 in the library
Seniors will pick up their cap/gown/tassel during lunch breaks in the library. Early grads picking up gowns please check in to the front office and proceed to the library anytime from 12:09-2:00p.m. to pick up your items. Balfour balances must be paid in full in order to receive items. You can reach Balfour at 865-588-6210. Payments may also be made on this day with a Balfour representative.
We will also offer an evening pick-up option on Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. for your convenience. All Balfour balances must be paid in full prior to evening pick up. This pick-up option is curbside. Please pull around the loop in front of the main office, and we will assist you.
Senior Checklist
On May 9th during homeroom Mrs. Hipsher will hand out your yellow Senior Exit Checklist during class. This checklist will help to ensure you have taken care of all obligations before graduation.
Obligations include:

All school fees paid.

Senior fee paid.
-
Library books turned in.
-
Chromebook & charger turned in after finals.
-
Extracurricular activity items turned in.

Textbooks and other classroom supplies turned in.

Cafeteria fees paid.
Honors Luncheon
Thursday, May 12 in the small gym during lunch

You will receive an invitation to attend if you qualify.

To qualify: Must have 3.5 GPA (weighted)

Friday, May 13 @ 10:30am in the main gym
All family members are welcome to attend.

Senior Exit Checklist to be turned in after the luncheon
Senior Exit Checklist/Senior Check-Out
May 13 - Seniors that are exempt from final exams will turn in their yellow Senior Exit Checklist following the Senior Luncheon in the small gym. You can also:

Turn in your chromebook. (Do not forget chargers!)

Pay any outstanding fees.
-
Pick up your cap and gown if you haven't already.
-
Pick up your yearbook. (If they have arrived.)

Turn in your Senior Exit Checklist to Mrs. Hipsher.

Seniors that are taking final exams will turn in their chromebooks and checklists the following week after exams.
Finals Exams
Monday, May 16 - 4th & 5th block

If this is your last day, you will turn in your yellow Senior Exit Checklist and chromebooks/chargers in the small gym at 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 17 - 1st, 2nd, & 3rd block

You will turn in your yellow Senior Exit Checklist and chromebooks in the small gym at 12:00 p.m.

Do not forget your chargers for the chromebook! You will be billed if your charger is missing.
Yearbooks

Yearbooks are now $75.00

There are limited quantities so please see Mrs. Robin Davis to purchase or contact her at robin.davis@knoxschools.org

Yearbooks will be dispersed to seniors on May 13th in the small gym after Senior Luncheon. (If they have arrived to school.)
Baccalaureate
Sunday, May 22 @ 6:00pm at Clear Springs Baptist Church

Baccalaureate is an optional ceremony celebrating seniors.

Seniors will wear their cap and gowns.

Graduation
June 2 @ 6:00pm at Ernest Whited Stadium

Seniors will meet at 4:30 p.m. in the main gym in order to line up.

All family members are welcome to attend graduation.

Graduation will be on our football field.
-
No alterations or decorations will be allowed to your cap/gown.
-
All fees and obligations must be paid in full by graduation.

You will receive your diploma in the main gym after the graduation ceremony. You will not receive your diploma or participate in graduation if you have an outstanding obligation.
