How Do I Use the Self Service App?
When you first launch Self Service you will see the following window:
NOTE: Your login window Username & Password fields may appear black in color and not appear to be able to type in it. An update from Apple has caused this to happen. If your window has this, you can still type in your username and password even though it doesn't appear. Just click in each box, type your username or password and click login. We are working on an update that will resolve this issue soon!
On the left side you will see webclips which you can access directly from the self service and will take you to the web service listed on the link.
On the right side you see a login window. This portion requires a password for your protection.
Use your Active Directory Username (Employee ID) and Password to login to Self Service. This will give you access to content geared specifically to you or your location. Once logged in you should see something simlar to the following window:

We will put commonly used applcations, installers, etc in the Featured portion of the window. However, you can click on the Categories list on the right side and access additional content that is available to you.
The actions will change based on which link you click on. Follow any instructions given on screen and you will be lead through the process.
