• TRANSCRIPTS FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

    A transcript is a record of your academic coursework and final grades in each class in high school.

    We use SCOIR to send transcripts to colleges. You have a SCOIR account. Once you have applied to the college, you will move the college to the Applied column in My Colleges. This triggers a transcript request.  

     NOTE: At this time, TCAT is the only technical school SCOIR can send to. If you need a transcript for Tennessee School of Beauty, Aveda Institute, Universal Technical Institute, etc…, email Ms. King. katie.king@knoxschools.org

    • If you want to send an "unofficial" transcript, to look at your academic record, or to send a record of your grades for insurance purposes- you can do that through your ASPEN student account.
      • Transcript > grade point summary. You can toggle either weighted or unweighted, then print screen or take a screenshot.
    • If you need an official transcript to apply for a scholarship, email Ms. King. katie.king@knoxschools.org 
      • Let her know where to send it and whether to include ACTs or not.

    TRANSCRIPTS FOR ALUMNI

    Are you a graduate of FHS and need your transcript sent to a college or university?  All transcripts must be requested online through https://www.knoxschools.org/Page/21294 . Contact our registrar, Jodi Lee (jodi.lee@knoxschools.org) if you need assistance.
