    Attention accepted transfer and private school students: You are welcome to attend the WHS Transfer and Private School Enrollment Night on Wednesday, April 10th, from 5:30-7 PM in our WHS Lecture Hall. This is a night when students and families can come to West to gather information, ask questions, enroll and register for classes. A brief presentation will be offered and staff will be present to answer any questions that you have regarding enrolling your student for next year. This meeting is not mandatory. You may also stop by to pick up and drop off paperwork in WHS Student Services Monday-Friday from 8-3:45. Please see our enrollment checklist for what to bring to us on that date or at your convenience. 

    *Note: Transfer students please accept or reject your transfer as soon as possible to prevent delay of enrollment by returning your form to the transfer office. 


    August 2nd - Parents and students may visit for 9th Grade Orientation from 8:30-12. 

    A PTSO breakfast will be served for parents that morning in the cafeteria (lasts about 30 - 45 minutes) and students will report to the auditorium after picking up their paper schedules. Buses will run that day but attendance is encouraged, not mandatory.
