Welcome to the CMS Library Media Center

  • Our library is a place for our students to read, research, explore and grow.  We offer an ever-expanding collection of books and resources for students and teachers, including a wide assortment of digital resources provided by Knox County Schools.  The librarian, Mrs. Smith, is always happy to help students and teachers locate the resources they need.

    Library Hours:  8:00 - 3:45  Mon-Fri

    Circulation Policy

      • Students may check out 3 books at a time for 3 weeks.  Books may be renewed once if there are no other holds placed for the book.
      • Students are responsible for returning books on time.  Late fines of $0.05 per book will be assessed daily for overdue materials (maximum fine of $5.00 per book).  Students have a 3 day grace period after their due date to return books without a fine.
      • Students must pay full replacement cost for any lost, stolen or damaged books.

A big "Thank You!!" to all who shopped our Spring Scholastic Book Fair.  Your contributions helped earn over $2000-worth of books for the library and classrooms!  WooHoo!!  Happy Reading!
