• The School of Skilled Professions is dedicated to reach, teach and empower students for life-long success.

    Students in the School of Skilled Professions will be the engineers, builders, plumbers, electricians, stylists, estheticians and cosmetologists of tomorrow. Check the career file in the department files section for a more complete list of careers. Students, when they complete the School of Skilled Professions, will be both career and college ready. The program strands within the School of Skilled Professions are: Business, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating-Venting and Air Conditioning, Nail Care, Skin Care, and Cosmetology. Students in each program may begin the program during their sophomore year and could complete three consecutive courses in that program by the end of their junior year. Then during their senior year they will have the option to complete a dual credit course through Pellissippi State Community College in the selected field or experience the workforce first hand by completing an internship in their selected field.
