Registration required for ELP meeting attendanceThere is a new wrinkle in the process of attending Extending Learning Programs (ELP) meetings this year. Those who are interested in working in the ELP during the 2008-09 school year must attend one of four meetings to be held at the Sarah Simpson Professional Development Center in the Great Room. The dates are September 2,3,9, and 10. The difference this year is that participants must register on the Teacher U / ERO website to attend one of the meetings. Registration is mandatory. Seating is limited in each session so early registration is strongly recommended to ensure that you will secure a spot on the day of your choice. There will be a meeting held in February for those who wish to work summer activities only. However, you may still register for one of the September meetings if you are interested in summer activities. Please call 579-8018 extension 1054 if you have questions.
